As our Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting initiatives across Organisational Development, Learning & Development, Staff Engagement, and Talent Management. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your attention to detail, communication skills, and passion for helping others will shine.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the team and provide high-quality support across a range of activities—from coordinating events and creating engaging materials to managing inbox enquiries and streamlining processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing team enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinating event logistics, bookings, catering, and communications
- Designing visual content using Canva or Adobe Express
- Preparing documents and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Supporting day-to-day operations like ordering supplies and processing POs
- Proactively resolving issues and contributing to process improvements

- Intermediate skills in standard business use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and a flair for visual design tools or a willingness to explore
- Proactive and growth-minded, with a strong drive for learning and continuous improvement
- A post-secondary qualification in Business, Human Resources or a related field or equivalent experience
Salary details
The salary for this 0.8163 FTE position commences at $60,666.18 per annum (Full-time Equivalent is $75.832.72 per annum) plus 12% superannuation per annum.
