The Opportunity
The Associate Campus Director plays a key role in supporting campus operations by providing student advising, administrative oversight, and community outreach. This position partners closely with campus leadership to enhance the student experience, support enrollment growth, and ensure operational excellence. The role offers the opportunity to work directly with students, faculty, and military/community partners while contributing to student success and degree completion.
Key Job Functions
- Provide academic advising, degree planning, and student support to ensure progression toward graduation
- Assist students with registration, program changes, academic waivers, and general university processes
- Monitor student progress, identify at-risk students, and provide proactive outreach to support retention
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure data integrity within university systems
- Support campus administrative operations, including reporting, enrollment tracking, and compliance
- Assist with budget monitoring, financial processes, and safeguarding university assets
- Participate in recruitment, outreach events, and community engagement efforts
- Build and maintain relationships with military and local community organizations
- Ensure classrooms and campus facilities are prepared for instructional use
- Participate in training, professional development, and university initiatives
Location & Residency Requirement
- Baumholder / Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC), Stuttgart Germany
- Must reside locally or be able to relocate to the Baumholder/KMC area to effectively support on-site campus operations and community engagement

Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $43,888. The final offer will consider the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, along with applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.
Qualifications
Required Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Master’s degree (in progress) preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general information systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in higher education, student services, or a related field preferred
