Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily practice planning and execution
• Support game preparation and in-game coaching duties
• Mentor student-athletes in skill development and team building
• Help with recruiting activities and prospect evaluation
• Contribute to academic progress monitoring of team members
• Assist with equipment management and facility maintenance

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Previous basketball coaching or playing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student-athlete development and academic success
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is a plus
