About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Teacher in Individual Support to inspire and equip the next generation of healthcare professionals. In this role, you will bring industry best practice into the classroom, using innovative teaching approaches and the latest learning technologies to engage students and prepare them for real-world success.
As part of a collaborative team of education professionals, you will:
- Plan, deliver, assess, and evaluate high-quality training programs from certificate through to diploma and associate degree level.
- Adapt and tailor learning to meet the needs of diverse students and clients.
- Ensure compliance while fostering engaging, inclusive and supportive learning environments.

About You
To thrive in this role, you will demonstrate:
- A proven ability to deliver innovative and flexible teaching across a variety of learning modes.
- Commitment to creating inclusive, safe, and student-centred learning environments.
- Strong understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, including relevant policies and frameworks5
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) OR
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) OR
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) OR
- Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- A secondary teaching qualification which is a credential issued by a higher education provider (as defined in section 5 of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011) which would enable the individual to satisfy the academic requirements for registration as a secondary school teacher in accordance with the registration requirements in at least one State or Territory, and one of the following:
- TAESS00011 Assessor Skill Set or TAESS00019 Assessor Skill Set or its successor, OR
- TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification in Health
- AQF5 level (or above) qualification in Education
