Curriculum Program Administrator
Position Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Assistant Dean for Medical Education, the Curriculum Program Administrator will manage course, faculty, and student performance evaluations, serve as the administrator of the evaluation program, including the design, development, and implementation of evaluation instruments, systems, and processes, and reporting.
This position involves working closely with the Curriculum Evaluation Sub-Committee and course leadership to continuously improve and support program evaluation.
This position will also supervise the M1/M2 and longitudinal curriculum coordinators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in educational psychology, instructional design, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in an educational organization as an evaluator, instructional designer, and/or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, including developing and delivering cross-functional training.
- Knowledge of program and course evaluation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, demonstrating the ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and complete assignments with minimal supervision on-time and with quality. Must be able to simultaneously handle multiple assignments.
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, statistical software, curriculum databases, and Learning Management Systems, databases used in academic environments. Ability to configure and structure data elements, extract, analyze, and report data from multiple data sources.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in educational psychology, instructional design, computer science.
- Experience working with relational databases and curriculum inventory software.
