William Rainey Harper College, a public comprehensive community college in the State of Illinois, invites nominations, expressions of interest and applications for the position of Executive Vice President of Finance and Administrative Services. The next Executive Vice President will be an experienced, transparent, and collaborative leader who possesses the knowledge and skills required to lead the finance and administrative services division to higher levels of excellence.

Harper College is one of the nation's premier community colleges, serving nearly 22,000 students annually in Chicago's northwest suburbs. Most activities take place on the 200-acre campus in Palatine, Illinois, with additional locations including the Learning and Career Center in Prospect Heights and partnerships like the Education and Workforce Center in Hanover Park.

Harper College offers degree and certificate programs in 10 Academic Areas of Interest, including Art, Design and Performing Arts; Business, Entrepreneurship & Information Technology; and more. The College employs 1,316 staff, including faculty and non-faculty, and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.

As a member of the Executive Cabinet, the Executive Vice President reports to the President and serves as the chief financial officer. This role leads the finance and administrative services division, providing sound financial services, facilities management, information services, human resources, public safety, and risk management.
