Remuneration: $120,443 to $131,749 pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $101,775 to $111,330 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Global Partnerships Coordinator (2 positions available) to join International, International and Business Development, Chancellery Division.
The Global Partnerships Coordinator will support the development, coordination, and management of QUT’s global partnerships, and strategic collaborations. This role ensures effective administration, communication, and implementation of international partnerships agreements, working with internal and external stakeholders to enhance QUT’s global engagement strategy.

The International and Business Development Portfolio leads the university’s international outreach, industry engagement and philanthropic fundraising. What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with at least four (4) years of subsequent relevant experience in partnership development and management within a university, strong knowledge of QUT’s award policy and study plan design principles is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with both international and domestic educational institutions, contributing to the facilitation of student recruitment through articulation, transnational education, and mobility pathways.
- Proven experience in providing operational support for the drafting and management of partnership agreements, ensuring adherence to legal and institutional requirements.
- Ability to support recruitment goals and provide operational assistance in the recruitment of international students, with a focus on meeting targets and support growth.
- Demonstrated experience in compiling data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy in administrative and event coordination responsibilities.
