The International Office performs a crucial role in developing the university's international profile and ensuring the effective delivery of the university’s international student recruitment targets.

Nga haepapa matua | Key Responsibilities
The International Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to International Office functions. This role will support the Associate Director - International Student Recruitment, and be responsible for delivering support to the day-to-day administration, strategic projects as well as our relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This role will also provide back up for the Agent Planning Coordinator, and International Liaison Administrator when required.

You will bring with you:
- Experience as an administrator supporting a senior manager for a minimum of three years
- ARION, CRM and other Administrative System knowledge
- Competent computer literacy appropriate to the position (particularly MS EXCEL)
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and analytical skills to provide proactive solutions to agents, students, and the public
