- Full-time continuing role at our Townsville Bebegu Yumba campus, Douglas.
- HEWL 6: $85,816 - $92,948 per annum plus up to 17% superannuation
- A 3% pay rise from July, and additional 2.75% from December 2025.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
As the International Digital Marketing Officer at James Cook University (JCU), you will play a key role in expanding the University’s international reach by delivering strategic and engaging digital marketing campaigns. In this position, you will enhance JCU’s global brand visibility, support international student recruitment, and drive meaningful engagement across multiple digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing targeted multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality leads and contribute to recruitment goals. Through the creation of accessible, high-impact digital content, you will ensure our messaging aligns with brand standards and speaks effectively to global audiences.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
To thrive in this role, you will bring significant experience in digital marketing, ideally within a complex organisation where you've successfully led marketing projects and collaborated across diverse teams. You will have demonstrated your ability to manage digital campaigns from concept through to execution, while navigating competing priorities and delivering results on time and within budget. You are confident using digital tools, and marketing automation platforms. Your skills in content creation are matched by your ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable insights. With strong communication and interpersonal abilities, you are adept at building relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders from various cultural and professional backgrounds.
