Remuneration: $120,443 to $131,749 pa (HEW7) (inclusive of $101,775 to $111,330 salary pa, 17% superannuation, and 17.5% leave loading)

Location: Gardens Point (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a International Product Coordinator to join International, International and Business Development, Chancellery Division.

The International Product Officer supports QUT’s International student recruitment efforts by collaborating with key stakeholders such as Faculties, QUT College, and the International teams to develop targeted course materials and recruitment content.

What you need to succeed

  1. Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a degree with at least four (4) years subsequent relevant experience in an international education focussed environment.
  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to develop course information materials and content tailored to international student recruitment.
  3. Proven experience delivering product training and support to agents and partner organisations to enhance recruitment efforts.
  4. Experience in tracking and reporting on student recruitment activities, engagement metrics, and impact, with the ability to present clear and insightful reports to senior management.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality documents, provide advice, and communicate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders, including Faculties, QUT College, and Student Admissions.
  6. Experience in supporting and assisting with the planning and delivery of events and activities related to international student recruitment, with a focus on international engagement and relationship building.
  7. Demonstrated understanding of international student recruitment strategies and a keen awareness of cultural differences and the diverse needs of international students.
