We are looking for... • a committed and reliable team player, • with an above-average master's degree (with very good grades) in a relevant field such as business administration, entrepreneurship, economics, (organizational) psychology, finance or business informatics, • ideally with academic or practical experience in the field of entrepreneurship and/or family businesses, • with sound knowledge of empirical research methods, ideally in quantitative, qualitative or experimental research designs, • with skills in data collection, processing and analysis, preferably using innovative methods (e.g. natural language processing), and • with excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and spoken in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage but not mandatory.
