Applications are invited from outstanding young researchers for the positions of research assistant professor in various departments of the School of Business and Management.
Applicants should be PhD graduates in accounting, economics, finance, information systems, statistics, operations management, management, marketing, computer science, sustainability, psychology, entrepreneurship, innovation management, family business, or related disciplines. The ideal candidates should have strong commitment to research excellence and teaching, with the potential to conduct innovative research. Track record in gaining competitive research grants and a substantial publication record would be an advantage. The appointees are expected to develop their own research program in one of the major research areas of the host department, and take the lead on an individual research project to obtain competitive research funding. They will also be involved in teaching or co-teaching postgraduate or undergraduate courses. (Duration: 2 years)

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract for 2 years. Further extension of contract will be subject to performance, funding availability and mutual agreement.
