About us

As a joint research context, SHARP focuses on diagnosing and intervening as two highly relevant professional practices in many academic professions.

Subproject B05 examines how group characteristics (in terms of motivation, prior knowledge, and personality traits) and collaborative processes influence the quality of diagnostic and intervention decisions, and how these decisions can be supported while taking group characteristics into account. The open position is located at the Professorship for Psychology for Teaching and Learning (Prof. Doris Holzberger). The project is being conducted in collaboration with the Chair of Social Psychology at LMU and the Medical Education Center (MEC) at the TUM School of Medicine.
