Work environment and context:
The Department of Training and Success is a support service of the university attached to the General Directorate of Services. The management is structured around 4 poles: training offer steering and training and schooling IS / observatory of success and professional integration / orientation and professional integration / student entrepreneurship alumni partnership.
Mission of the department / hierarchical positioning:
Reporting to the Training and Success Department and under the responsibility of the head of the Observatory of Success and Professional Integration in conjunction with the VP of Training at Université Paris-Saclay, the engineer contributes in particular to the activities described below.
The agent's main activities:
The agent's mission will be to measure the impact of research on the training of students as well as the international attractiveness of the university's courses.
He/she will be required to work on and analyze the elements of training and in particular the structuring of the latter through research in conjunction with the laboratories:
- Analyze the need in conjunction with the vice-presidents of transversal training and CFVU and the Training and Success Department;
- Identify existing data in the university's various tools (application, registration, graduation tool, etc.);
- Design a methodological approach and a protocol adapted to students at L, M and D levels (in conjunction with the Maison du Doctorat MDD) concerning training through research (definition of indicators, drafting of questionnaires and analysis of their implementation, definition of the target audience, proposal for the implementation of a tool to work on the defined indicators, etc.);
- Identify the changes to be put in place in the conduct of future investigations with the actors concerned;
- Organize data processing and analyze the results and impacts of action programs and build indicators and/or dashboards;
- Contribute to the design and development of communication and data dissemination media (university councils, operational services, etc.);
- Determine with the directorates concerned the means to be implemented to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the systems deployed;
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of statistical projects, surveys and studies and get involved in the implementation with the relevant actors in a global way;
- Participate in the implementation of the logistics of collection operations for professional integration surveys (creation of questionnaires, input masks, tests, management of temporary workers, etc.);
- Participate in the quality approach of the management and the observatory (develop and implement activity processes, calculation of performance indicators, etc.);
- Work in partnership with the other departments of the management and with the other departments and entities of the university;
- Respond to requests from the various entities and bodies, graduate schools and the undergraduate school;
- Participate in the production of indicators in the context of self-evaluation (HCERES).
