School Director - Are you an experienced operations leader who loves beauty, fashion, and wellness? Do you have a passion for higher education and helping others achieve their goals? At CHD, we provide an exceptional educational experience through leadership, a structured learning environment, and professionalism.

About the position:

We’re seeking an experienced operations leader with a strong professional background in business, hospitality, and team development. In this role, you will actively direct all aspects of the Institute to cultivate an environment where students and staff are engaged and desire to deliver on the company’s benchmarks and standards. As the School Director, you will focus on:

• Establishing a culture of strong team member accountability through leadership, team recruitment and retention, proper direction, and ensuring all employees are connected to the values and goals of CHD
• Driving revenue by achieving enrollment goals and ensuring the delivery of student and guest experiences meet the standards established by CHD
• Ensuring all practices at the school meet the highest standards of regulations and guidelines from local and national accrediting agencies and Department of Education
• Implementing our marketing plans that will aid in achieving your location’s benchmarks

What we’re looking for:

• An active operations leader who values the importance of being present and involved in all aspects of the school
• Experience managing a team, coaching on job performance and fostering employee development
• Problem analysis and resolution at a strategic and functional level
• Ability to manage and inspire teams based on financial benchmarks
• Ability to form and implement action plans to achieve business goals
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines
