Training courses concerned
The teacher will mainly be involved in the three years of BUT TC as part of the courses offered at the IUT (digital marketing, e-business and entrepreneurship, international business: buying and selling, business development and customer relationship management, marketing and point of sale management and brand strategy and events).
The courses will be carried out in initial training and work-study training.
Pedagogical objectives and need for supervision – teaching – 384 h
The teaching subjects will be dealt with in accordance with the pedagogical progression of the national program of the six semesters of the BUT TC, in marketing, sales, prospecting and negotiation or commercial communication.
Teaching, which is provided in person, is based on lectures, tutorials and practical work. The recruited teacher will have to be part of a team pedagogy and collaborate with the other teachers in his or her resource, particularly in the context of the realization of tutorials. In addition, he/she will also be able to participate in the SAE (learning and assessment situations) organized and implemented in accordance with the national program.
The teacher will have to participate in the supervision of BUT TC students in the context of projects related to marketing techniques, internships and the follow-up of apprentices (conduct, description and planning of projects, company visits, follow-up of students, defenses), as well as in the context of the implementation of SAÉ. The transversality of the teaching with other disciplines is therefore essential (in the context of business games, case studies, SAE, etc.).

The implementation of new innovative pedagogies likely to improve student participation and success is a valued element in recruitment. Ease in the use of digital tools is expected, as well as taking charge of certain administrative activities of the department would be appreciated. Practice and mastery of the English language would be a plus for the candidate.
