Weather and Climate at MGWC

Miyagi Gakuin Women's College (MGWC) is located in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. Sendai experiences a humid subtropical climate with four distinct seasons:

• Spring (March to May): Temperatures range from 5°C to 15°C, with cherry blossoms blooming in late March to early April.
• Summer (June to August): Warm and humid, with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 30°C. The rainy season occurs in June and July.
• Autumn (September to November): Cooler temperatures from 10°C to 20°C, with beautiful fall foliage in October and November.
• Winter (December to February): Cold, with temperatures ranging from 0°C to 10°C. Snowfall is common, though not heavy.
