Weather and Climate at NCP

Niigata, where Niigata College of Pharmacy (NCP) is located, experiences a humid subtropical climate with four distinct seasons:

• Spring (March to May): Temperatures range from 5°C to 20°C, with cherry blossoms in bloom.
• Summer (June to August): Hot and humid, with temperatures between 20°C to 30°C, and occasional typhoons.
• Autumn (September to November): Cooler, with temperatures from 10°C to 25°C, and beautiful foliage.
• Winter (December to February): Cold and snowy, with temperatures ranging from -5°C to 5°C.

The weather can affect commuting due to heavy snow in winter, but the campus life remains vibrant with indoor activities and heated facilities.
