Weather and Climate at TWC

Tohoku Women's College, commonly known as TWC, is located in an area with a distinct four-season climate. Winter can be cold with temperatures ranging from -5°C to 5°C, and there is significant snowfall which can affect commuting and campus life. Spring sees temperatures rise to 10°C to 20°C, with cherry blossoms adding beauty to the campus. Summer is warm and humid, with temperatures between 20°C to 30°C, and occasional typhoons may impact outdoor activities. Autumn brings cooler temperatures of 15°C to 25°C, with vibrant foliage. Rainfall is evenly distributed throughout the year, with higher precipitation in summer.
