Skills/Qualifications
Candidate for the position of teaching assistant should have the aptitude for teaching classes and leading workshops.
Knowledge and experience in information design and the creation of graphic materials for digital and print media are required, as well as the ability to apply printmaking and illustration techniques in design and artistic projects.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to integrate traditional graphic and drawing techniques with modern digital tools.
Knowledge of specialized technical infrastructure, equipment, and technological processes in artistic and design work is required, as well as proficiency in software for graphic design, illustration, and digital drawing (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, or software with equivalent capabilities).
The candidate should be creative, committed, able to work in a team, and willing to deepen their knowledge and improve their skills.
He/she should strive for academic and artistic development by pursuing further degrees and titles. The Faculty of Design Arts holds the appropriate authorizations in this regard.
Candidate’s mobility and availability are required.
Specific Requirements
The candidate is required to meet the following qualification criteria (please adjust to the position), e.g.:
- Holding a master’s degree in the disciplines of fine arts and art conservation,
- aptitude for teaching students,
- having a pedagogical preparation or willingness to undertake an appropriate course,
- knowledge of current trends in art,
- familiarity with Adobe CC software used for digital image editing,
- knowledge of English,
- activity in exhibition or competition (participation in exhibitions, biennales, awards, publications).
- in the case of foreigners, the command of the Polish language, spoken and written, is required to the extent that enables conducting classes with students.
