A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university

5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area

At least 2 years of relevant online teaching experience at the tertiary level

Familiar with learning management systems and online learning tools

Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills

Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
