• Pressure wash all buildings campus-wide and flats.
• Operate high-reach, wet-sealing, and waterproofing equipment.
• Operating the company's iPad to obtain, comment, and close out tickets, as well as communicating verbally.
• Emergency preparedness and support as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
