Prof. (Dr.) Ashok Singh Rao is a Professor and Head of the Department of Arts in the School of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Mody University of Science and Technology, Lakshmangarh, Sikar, Rajasthan. He earned his Ph.D. in English from the Department of English, Doctor Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra, in 1999. With over 26 years dedicated to higher education, Dr. Rao began his teaching career in 1997 and joined Mody University as a permanent faculty member on October 1, 2001. He has advanced from Associate Professor to Professor, contributing significantly to the institution's academic environment in the liberal arts domain.
Dr. Rao's research specializations include English literature, comparative cross-cultural poetry, Freudian psychoanalytic theory in literary analysis, feminist themes, and traditionalism in modern narratives. He has co-authored numerous journal articles with research scholars under his supervision.
