Cameron Bacholer is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer in the School of Education, College of Education, Behavioural and Social Sciences at Adelaide University. In this role, he teaches and supervises postgraduate students in educational leadership. His academic qualifications comprise an MBA, MEd, BA (Hons - English Literature), BTeach, and PDM. He is pursuing a PhD in Education at Adelaide University, contributing to research into Pragmatic Adaptive Leadership Theory through his doctoral study, with a focus on teacher time and wellbeing. He serves as a Design Partner for Learning Creates Australia, an organization dedicated to educational equality, innovation, and skill development for students.
