About Erin

Dr. Erin C. Gallagher serves as Lecturer in Human Resource Management (ECA) in the School of Business, Faculty of Business, Economics and Law at The University of Queensland. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Jamestown College, two Masters of Science (coursework) from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she completed her doctoral studies from 2009 to 2012. Her dissertation focused on destructive and constructive employee responses to envy at work, as well as narcissism and forgiveness as moderators of organizational justice and workplace counterproductive computer use. Gallagher's academic career at UQ involves teaching courses in management, including MGTS2609, MGTS3604, MGTS4603, and MGTS7611, covering topics in organizational behavior and human resource management.

Gallagher's research specializations center on organizational behavior, leadership, and team dynamics.
