James Aday serves as Associate Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management in the Business & Economics faculty at San Francisco State University, within the Lam Family College of Business. He joined the university in 2014, advancing from Assistant Professor to his current position. Aday's academic journey began with a B.B.A., emphasizing Marketing and Hospitality Retail Management, earned from Eastern New Mexico University in 2009. He continued at Texas Tech University, where he obtained an M.S. in Hospitality and Retail Management in 2010 and a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration in 2013.
