Konstantine Onapolous served as Associate Dean of the School of Business at the University of Indianapolis from 2000 to 2012, contributing to academic leadership and program development in Business & Economics. He holds a Ph.D. in Postsecondary Education with a focus on Curriculum Development from the University of Cambridge, an M.B.A. in International Business and Marketing from the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, a Th.D. in New Testament Theology from Harvest Christian College & Seminary, and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Southeastern College. His extensive academic background supported over 30 years of postsecondary teaching experience, primarily in business subjects including economics, with expertise in innovative curriculum design for both synchronous and asynchronous instruction modalities.
Prior to his tenure at the University of Indianapolis, Onapolous held several key academic positions: Director of eUniversity of Ohio from 1998 to 2000, Senior Instructor at Bohecker’s Business College from 1996 to 1998, Visiting Professor at Kent State University from 1993 to 1996, and Associate Professor at Harvest Christian College & Seminary from 1990 to 1996. As a retired university professor and international educator, he has worked in faculty and administrative roles across the United States, Canada, Greece, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Onapolous is a prolific author with more than 27 published titles, including the Mastering High School Mathematics series and preparation resources for standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, GMAT, GRE, and LSAT. His publications also encompass theological works on Orthodox Christianity and church history, reflecting diverse academic interests. Additionally, he has nearly 30 years of experience as a business consultant and entrepreneurial coach, specializing in business formation, startup scaling, and international expansion across five continents.
