Kyle P. Ehrhardt is an Associate Professor of Management in the CU Denver Business School, joining the faculty in August 2014 upon completing his PhD in Management Science, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Sheldon B. Lubar School of Business. He earned an MS in Sport Management from Illinois State University and a BA in Communication and Physical Education from Hanover College. Before pursuing his doctorate, Ehrhardt spent several years in the sport management industry, employed by a US-based national governing organization.
Ehrhardt's research focuses on the intersection of workplace relationships and issues of diversity and discrimination, examining how these experiences shape employees' attitudes toward their work and workplace. His publications appear in leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Business & Psychology. He serves on the editorial boards of Personnel Psychology, Human Relations, and the Journal of Business & Psychology.
