Dr. Yeap Li Ling serves as a lecturer at the School of Pharmacy, Monash University Malaysia. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Pharmacy. A registered pharmacist in Malaysia, she brings extensive experience in clinical pharmacy gained from roles in government and private hospitals. In her current position, she contributes to pharmacy practice education and research, focusing on innovative teaching methods and medication management.
Yeap Li Ling's research specializations include pharmacy education, sustainable medicine use, pharmacometrics—utilizing mathematical models to quantify drug effects, diseases, and variabilities—and medication use and safety in areas such as epilepsy, anesthesia and pain management, critical care, oncology, and women's health. She is a member of the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society, the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia, and the Population Approach Group of Malaysia (PAGMAS). Her contributions to educational innovation have earned her several awards, including the Allan Christie ASCILITE Innovation Award (2024, team recipient), ASCILITE Innovation Award General Category (2024, team recipient), Education Excellence in Innovation, Learning and Teaching (2025, team recipient), MUM Learning and Teaching Grant Scheme 2024 grant recipient, and QS Reimagine Education Awards Nurturing and Employability Silver Finalist (2024, team recipient).
