Rate My Professor Nuno Brito

Brito's research specialization lies in Portuguese and Brazilian literatures, with a focus on modern poetry and its poetics. His work delves into themes such as the finite and matter, excess and intensity, attention to the minimal, and interconnections between self, perception, and the world. 42, 2024), which examines the concretization and plasticity of images in Drummond's poetry; "imagens do eu e do mundo em Carlos Drummond de Andrade e Emily Dickinson" (Veredas, vol. 16, no. 1, 2022), exploring reflexivity and the "canto esponjoso." Brito has presented at conferences including BRASA XVII and participates in poetic readings at the University at Buffalo, contributing to both scholarly and cultural discourse in the field.
