Muhammad Yunus

Muhammad Yunus is a Bangladeshi economist and social entrepreneur. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006, together with Grameen Bank, for efforts to create economic and social development from below. He pioneered microcredit and microfinance to help impoverished people.
