Essential Job Functions
- Manage a portfolio of individual, alumni, corporate, and foundation prospects and donors.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
- Conduct donor visits and engagement activities.
- Assist in annual appeals, Giving Days, reunion giving, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Alumni Relations to increase alumni participation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
- Prepare proposals, donor correspondence, and stewardship materials.
- Track pledges and support donor recognition efforts.
- Meet annual fundraising goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Job Functions
Support fundraising events, represent the University at assigned functions, contribute to development strategies, and participate in professional development.
Minimum Training and Experience
Bachelor's degree and three to five years of fundraising, advancement, sales, business development, or related experience. Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, CRM/database, and fundraising skills.
