JOB DUTIES:
25% Budget Management: Assists with the preparation and review of grant budgets at the submission stage and required budget revisions prior to award. Ensures budgets are compliant with Federal, institutional, and sponsor policies. 30% Proposal Development Assistance: Assist faculty with the assembly of grant application packages according to sponsor guidelines, federal regulations, and University policy. Assists with coordination of subawards and collaborations. 15% Ensures Compliance: Demonstrate attention to detail by verifying adherence to Federal and institutional policies and sponsor requirements. 10% Documentation and Record Management: Ensures proper data organization and retention of grant files, correspondence with sponsors, and tracking of important deadlines. Communicates with faculty and other support staff to ensure understanding of requirements and updates. 20% Editorial and Technical Support: Provides administrative review of faculty grant applications for formatting, completeness, consistency, and adherence to sponsor and institutional requirements. Provides technical support for the University's electronic proposal development and submission systems. Assists with proposal routing and submission through sponsor and institutional platforms.

Minimum Requirements:
A bachelor's degree and business, personnel, grant-in-aid or public administration experience.
