Sara Aibar is a computational biologist affiliated with KU Leuven in Belgium. Her research focuses on single-cell genomics, gene regulatory networks, and computational methods for analyzing high-throughput sequencing data. She co-developed SCENIC, a widely used method for inferring regulons from single-cell RNA-seq data.
