Offer Description
- Extending / developing dynamical models for intracellular trehalose accumulation.
- Parameter estimation of the above-mentioned models based on experimental data.
- Model-based optimization for maximizing intracellular trehalose with predefined lower bounds on the biomass concentration.
- Validation on real process.
- Collaboration with industry (not mentioned for confidentiality).
