The School of Kinesiology invites applications from candidates for a 12-Month contractually limited term instructor (CLTI) position at the rank of Instructor I beginning July 1, 2026 and running to June 30, 2027.

The successful candidate will contribute to the School of Kinesiology’s CATA accredited Athletic Therapy Option and will teach multiple sections of core Kinesiology laboratories in musculoskeletal anatomy, advanced anatomy, and care and prevention of athletic injuries. Within the Athletic Therapy Option, the successful candidate will work closely with external clinical educators in evaluating students in their practicum placements. They will also help train and oversee laboratory work of teaching assistants and work with faculty, staff and other instructors to contribute to the collaborative and dynamic teaching environment in the School of Kinesiology.

Academic Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess CAT(C) professional certification and or equivalent; completion of a thesis based Master’s degree is preferred. Experience teaching laboratories in a post-secondary environment, and in organizing, supervising, and working with undergraduate teaching assistants is an asset.
