Offer Description
Pursuant to Article 43(7) of the Act of 30 April 2010 on Research Institutes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1095, as amended) and § 11 item 2 of the Statute of the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography, the Director of the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography hereby announces a competition for an academic position at the Centre of Remote Sensing of the Institute of Geodesy and Cartography in Warsaw.
Requirements
- A university degree / academic degree(s) in the field of natural sciences or exact sciences.
- Knowledge in the field of geoinformation.
- Programming skills.
- Proven participation in research projects.
- Author or co-author of at least two scientific publications.
- Strong motivation for fast learning and expanding professional competences.
- Excellent communication skills, personal culture, and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to prepare and submit project proposals.
- Asset: A certificate in project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation) will be considered a strong advantage.
