Responsibilities
- Verify invoices and process payments to suppliers, staff members, and students through various methods, such as autopay, Faster Payment System, cheques, and telegraphic transfers, etc.
- Follow up on returned payments and handle user inquiries
- Perform fund transfers, update cash position, and prepare bank reconciliations regularly
- Keep proper accounting records, including invoices, payment records, and vendor correspondence, to support audit requirements
- Support supervisors in ERP implementation, system enhancements, and continuous process improvements
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- A recognized degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in processing payments and managing accounts payable
- Knowledge of accounting system implementation/enhancements and process improvement is an advantage
- A strong team player with good organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general PC skills
The appointee will be assigned to work in the Tsuen Wan area.
Salary and Benefits
The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
