The role

You'll join a collaborative Finance and Planning team, supporting the day to day running of accounts across Development and Alumni Relations.

You'll:

  • Process invoices, expenses and supplier payments
  • Raise and manage purchase orders
  • Support supplier and customer account set up
  • Assist with month end processes and reporting
  • Respond to queries and provide clear financial guidance
  • Maintain accurate, audit ready records

This is a varied role with plenty of interaction across teams. It suits someone organised, detail focused and comfortable managing priorities.

What we're looking for

We're open to different backgrounds. You may already work in finance, or have built relevant experience elsewhere.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in an accounts or finance environment
  • Confidence using systems and tools such as Excel
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
