Comprehension of advanced technologies, digital workflow and/or
dental implants to support expansion of the advanced technology
curricula
Work collaboratively with the pre-doctoral specialty faculty
members and adjunct faculty when they are teaching in the
pre-doctoral group practices
Monitoring students' compliance with CDM's infection control
& clinical guidelines
Supervising, educating and coaching students in the provision
of patient care
Clinical instruction in general dentistry to pre-doctoral
dental students within the simulation laboratory and group
practice
Qualifications:
- D.D.S./D.M.D. degree
- Active license in Missouri or have an active dental license in
a US state or Canada and be eligible for licensure in Missouri;
must obtain before start
- Preference given to candidates with prior teaching experience
and advanced training in general or restorative dentistry
- Candidates must demonstrate a passion for dentistry, an
enthusiasm for dental education, and a strong desire to teach
students in a demanding, startup academic environment
- A strong desire to improve the oral and overall health for
patients in the region through collaboration with other primary
care professionals is encouraged
