The Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) is accepting applications for Vocational Education Instructor, Tutor Training Non-Credit positions at our colleges for the 2026-2027 Academic School Year.
The LACCD is seeking dynamic, motivated, and diverse candidates for part-time faculty positions to engage and educate our students in tutor training methodologies aligned with College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any field AND Two (2) years of full-time related professional experience OR
- Associate degree in any field AND Six (6) years of full-time related professional experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- Ability To teach a full range of community college Noncredit Vocational Education course offerings focused on Tutor training
COMPENSATION
The salary schedule for adjunct noncredit instructors begins at $89.72 per standard hour.
REMOTE LEARNING
Faculty may be required to conduct classes in a virtual learning environment using Canvas, hybrid, or hyflex modalities to support remote learning.
