Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Industry practitioner and educator with deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI (GenAI), to design and deliver impactful training programs for professionals in Financial Services.

This role is suited for a senior practitioner (15+ years of experience) who can bridge technical concepts with real-world financial services applications, translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, business-relevant use cases.

Job Description

1. Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver executive education, workshops, and hands-on sessions on applied AI and GenAI for financial services
• Facilitate interactive discussions, case-based learning, and applied exercises using real-world industry use cases
• Tailor delivery for diverse audiences, including business, risk, and technical stakeholders

2. Curriculum & Content Development

• Design and update industry-relevant training materials aligned with financial services needs
• Develop modules covering, but not limited to:
  • Applied AI foundations and enterprise adoption
  • Generative AI applications and transformation use cases
  • AI agents, agentic workflows, and emerging enterprise architectures
  • Responsible AI governance and risk considerations
• Incorporate practical case studies, implementation insights, and evolving technology, market, and regulatory developments

3. Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership

• Advise on AI adoption and capability building for financial institutions where relevant
• Contribute to thought leadership, whitepapers, and selected industry engagements
• Support stakeholder engagement and ecosystem partnerships as appropriate

Requirements

Experience

• Significant senior-level experience (typically 15+ years), with strong exposure to financial services
• Proven track record in applied AI / GenAI implementation, advisory, or training
• Experience leading or contributing to AI deployment or transformation initiatives
• Experience working with or within banks, insurers, or capital markets firms

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Strong understanding of applied AI, Generative AI, and enterprise use cases
• Familiarity with AI agents and emerging agentic workflow concepts is advantageous
• Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and regulatory considerations in financial services
