Join a collaborative and supportive team where no two days are the same. As an Administrative Assistant within the Regional Campuses unit, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of day-to-day operations, events, and engagement activities across our Central Coast campuses.
This is a dynamic, front-facing role where you will be at the centre of campus life—supporting staff, students, visitors, and external stakeholders while helping to deliver high-quality administrative and event coordination services across three campus sites on a rostered basis.
You’ll be part of a close-knit team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Campus Delivery Central Coast, and working alongside a group of people who genuinely enjoy what they do, value collaboration, and support each other to deliver great outcomes.
The Role
You will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the Regional Campuses unit delivers a seamless, responsive, and customer-focused service across all sites including:
- Administration and Office Support
- Events, Bookings and Campus Operations
- Meeting Support and Coordination
- Finance and purchasing administration
This fixed role is fulltime until August 2028 at a HEW 4 Higher Education worker Level and is located at our Central Coast Campuses (multi-site rostered role)

You will also have:
- Experience in administrative support, events coordination, or customer service roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to support wherever needed across multiple sites
