Job Description Summary
The administrative assistant assists the clinical education faculty in the Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Science, & Athletic Training (PTRSAT) department with clinical education database management, contract management, and building relationships with clinical sites. This role is necessary to support the expanding Hybrid DPT pathway faculty and students.
Job Duties
- Provide administrative support for student interprofessional activities and simulation events.
- Verify and maintain student clinical education compliance documents.
- Assist with clinical site placement communication as directed.
- Update site documents and information on ongoing basis.
- Communicate with clinical sites and students about site requirements.
- Organize clinical courses including rotations and learning activities within the clinical management systems for all student clinical experiences.
- Track student assignments and time sheets as needed in didactic and clinical courses.
- Proctor student exams and organize recordings.
- Assist with event planning.
