High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a work-related field preferred. 2. A minimum of two years of administrative experience, preferably in a complex academic environment, including office oversight responsibilities. 3. Office management experience required; certification in office management preferred. 4. Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken English; pleasant and competent telephone manner. 5. Proficiency in the use of computer systems for database management, spreadsheets, word processing, internet, and e-mail. 6. Ability to manage sensitive issues with decorum and confidentiality. 7.
