In addition to the CUNY Title Overview information, other key duties include, but will not be limited to the following:
- Conduct logistical planning and execution of division-wide activities, meetings, and conferences that support student learning and engagement.
- Track and monitor progress on key initiatives, ensuring alignment with established goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Perform analytical research and provide administrative support for student-centered programs, initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Develop meeting materials, briefing documents, reports, and summaries to support leadership decision-making and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a front-facing representative of OSA, triaging inquiries and student concerns, assessing needs, and directing matters to the appropriate office for resolution.
- Draft and facilitate communications on behalf of leadership, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and timeliness.
- Support staffing-related administrative functions, including onboarding processes and providing guidance and training to support staff, as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree and four years’ relevant experience required.
Preferred: At least four (4) years of demonstrated experience performing analytical, administrative, and operational functions within a complex organization. Graduate degree. Experience in a higher education setting, with a strong interest in student services and a demonstrated commitment to the mission of student affairs. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to prioritize work, balance multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a range of stakeholders. High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. Strong proficiency in student-centered enterprise systems and applications (e.g., PeopleSoft-based ERP systems such as CUNYfirst or similar platforms), as well as collaboration and meeting tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Zoom). Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality student service in a diverse and inclusive environment.
