Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of entrepreneurship programmes, including handling enquiries, maintaining filing systems, and overseeing procurement and financial accounts
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, competitions, and related events
• Serve as a liaison between ORKT, University departments, students, and external partners
• Develop technology marketing initiatives; organise promotional events and marketing activities; and prepare marketing and presentation materials
• Coordinate the preparation of reports and data related to entrepreneurship programmes
• Maintain and update the database for Lingnan University Xcelerator (LUX) operations, including events, funding, and partner networks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• A recognised degree in Sciences and Engineering with at least 3 years’ experience in business administration and operations
• Experience in organising marketing or promotional events
• A customer service oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem solving skills
• A passion for building and supporting innovative technology startups
• Travelling and site visits may be occasionally required

Salary and Fringe Benefits

The rank and commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund and gratuity.
