Additional Job Description:

• Clinic name & address - 1002 Sushruta Drive Martinsburg, WV
• Work schedule/days per week - Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
• Call requirements - no current after-hours phone call but may implement in future
• EMR - EPIC
• Providers (5 Physicians and 1 NP) in clinic
• Expected Patient volume - 16-20 per day
• Expectation of patient age range - 18+
