Aegd Director & Ranked Assistant / Associate Clinical Professor

Job Description

The University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Dentistry seeks a non-tenure-track faculty Assistant/Associate Clinical Professor for the position of Director of the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program (AEGD Residency). This is a 12-month benefit-eligible position.

Specific responsibilities will concentrate on all aspects of the didactic and clinical training of AEGD residents. These will include, but are not limited to:

the coordination of all resident didactic curriculum and seminars,
the organization and preparation of curriculum,
administrative responsibilities including compliance with accreditation standards and reporting,
supervisory responsibilities, and
clinical coordination of resident training.

Prior experience in dental education and/or additional education such as a graduate degree (MS) can be helpful.
