About the Project
This PhD research opportunity examines how artificial intelligence shapes organizational strategy, transformation, and leadership. Possible research topics include AI adoption, AI governance, strategic decision-making, automation, organizational redesign, executive readiness, workforce transformation, and the relationship between AI capabilities and competitive advantage.
The project is well suited to senior professionals working in technology, consulting, digital transformation, operations, strategy, HR, finance, or executive leadership. Candidates may explore how organizations identify, implement, scale, and govern AI-based initiatives across different sectors and regions.
Research may use qualitative interviews, case studies, survey-based methods, or mixed-methods designs. Comparative studies across industries or international markets are welcome.
Tuition and scholarships
This is a self-funded doctoral research opportunity. The total tuition fee for the Franklin Hudson PhD program is €78,250. Partial merit-based scholarships may be awarded to strong candidates, up to 30% maximum of tuition. Payment plans are available.
